7 Mental vexation simple
Wrongful Mental vexation simple is where without justificative cause,
by physical force, intimidation, wrongfully applied remuneration or deceptious
or other criminal practice,
in pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the wronger himself
or to any other person, or in sport, or for the gratification of ill will,
any person causes or contributes to produce in the mind of another
pain or uneasiness simple, that is, unattended by any such accompaniments
or consequences as are designated by the denomination of
any other Offence under this Code.
8 Wrongful menacement
