5 Sexual seduction compulsitive
Sexual seduction compulsory is where without justificative
cause, by intimidation on the part of the male
say the wrongdoer sexual intercourse between him and
a female is made to have place

6 Rape
Rape is where without justificative cause, by physical
force on the part of the male say the wrongdoer sexual intercourse
between him & a female is made to have
place.

7 Wrongful vexation lascivious
Wrongful vexation lascivious is where without justificative
cause, by by on th an act which would otherwise be
no more than an act of simple mental with or without
simple corporal vexation, & in consequence of the presence on the part of
of third persons one or more the wrongdoer a male in is in
consequence consequence of the presence of third persons one or more aggravated into the offence against person
& reputation distinguished by the application of a lascivious insult.
