Exposition.

[(A) Concerned] See Tit: Of Associates in Delinquency Of Co-offenders
[(B) Taking] It matters not in what manner he
takes it ; whether he takes it and carries it away, or
takes it by using it as it stands . See Act. II.

It matters not by what means : whether by the
exertion of his own unassisted powers either of body or
mind or by the instrumentality of any other agent
rational, irrational or unanimated: if it be a dog for
instance that he has taken , whether he induced the animal
to follow him by invitation , or took it up in his arms;
or pretending it to be his own got another man to
carry it for him or caused another dog to drag it after
