Sharping on Fraudulent Obtainment. Of Defraudment
Sharping (a) or fraudulent obtainment is where
a man, by false suggestions (A) or deceitful behaviour, (B)
of the Falsity or Deceitfulness whereof he himself
is conscious, is concerned (C) in obtaining (D) money
or money's worth, intending not to be amenable
to Law. Exposition
