4. C Of Culpable Insolvency

Punishment for Insolvency fraudulent ab initio . Punishment may be of the same nature as for Sharping ordinary Defraudment. . In very
atrocious cases it may be treated in point of punishment
altogether upon the same footing . But in general the vague intention
of paying at some time or other, though upon improbable
contingencies , may be accepted as an excuse extenuation . . In this Case, instead
