purpose it might perhaps be necessary or at least advantageous
to collect together a number of evidentiary facts and convert
them into so many principal Offences. Thus the English
Law proceeding upon the ground of prodigality subjects an Insolvent
to certain disadvantages in the case of his having lost

The above Species apt to be confounded. In the treatment given to Insolvency, all the above species
are apt to be confounded: fraud and integrity, rashness and prudence,
indolence and industry, prodigality and thrift, obstinacy and helplessness,
