<p><note>Nuisances.</note> A Nuisance must be the using of one's <hi rend='underline'>own</hi> property<lb/>
in such manner as to bring detriment on <add>produce detriment to</add> the<lb/>
person or property of another: <del>or at least</del> if it be of<lb/>
<sic>anothers</sic> property it comes under the notion of <hi rend='underline'>devastation</hi>.</p>
 
<p>A <sic>Nusance</sic> must <add>be such</add> an act as is detrimental to<lb/>

the common <del>property</del> <add>territories</add> of the community. If it is<lb/>
on no other condition detrimental to a person than<lb/>

Nuisances. A Nuisance must be the using of one's own property

anothers property it comes under the notion of devastation.

A Nusance must be such an act as is detrimental to
a person while abiding in his own property land territory or
the common property territories of the community. If it is
