Provisions proposed For the rendering every man In this view amenable, a set of
provisions to the following purport might be of
use.

Printer's name &c to be given. Let every man be punishable who circulates input Permit no Book or printed paper
any printed paper without or engraving to be sold that has not a this in the Title page a Printer's name
to it, with the date of the year and the place of his abode. This of course
can apply only to such publications only as may thereafter only to future works publications. To p. 8

A false name, Forgery. If any man other Printer makes use of
any other name than his own, or puts any other than the real date punish him
as for Forgery: it is in fact a Forgery. If
no such Printer can be produced, the proof of Forgery will
be compleat. The list of Printers will not be so large, but that every
