<p>Under Disfigurement is comprised Discolourment.<lb/> Irreparable Disfigurement is where in the shape <add>(A)</add> or colour <add>(B)</add> <lb/>of a man's person any unalterable change is produced <lb/>the effect of which is to render his aspect <add>the</add> less agreeable.</p>

<p>[1A Shape] As if his nose or ears or lips be split, or<lb/> a deep scar be made in any part of his body: so as <lb/>upon healing to leave <add>either</add> a hollow or <add>a</add> protuberance.</p>

<p>[(B) Colour] As if a slight scar be made on any part<lb/> so as to leave neither hollow nor protuberance: <lb/>of his body; or any part of his body be marked with<lb/> an indelible stain.</p>

Irreparable Personal Injuries are either 1. Irreparable
Disfigurement: 2. Irreparable Disablement: or 3.
Mutilation.

II

Under Disfigurement is comprised Discolourment.
Irreparable Disfigurement is where in the shape (A) or colour (B)
of a man's person any unalterable change is produced
the effect of which is to render his aspect the less agreeable.

Exposition
