Obliging the <hi rend='underline'>Le-</hi><lb/><hi rend='underline'>-gislator</hi> to have<lb/>formed a distinct<lb/>and connected view<lb/>of the <hi rend='underline'>Laws</hi> con-<lb/>-tained in the body<lb/>of Laws in question<lb/>and of the <hi rend='underline'>Reasons</hi><lb/>which produced<lb/>the determination<lb/>on his part, to<lb/>establish them<lb/>respectively: thence<lb/>contributing to<lb/>make the Laws<lb/>themselves more<lb/><hi rend='underline'>perfect</hi> than they<lb/>would have been<lb/>otherwise.<lb/><lb/>2.
