Art. 3* And whereas in the said Original Proposal
of the said Jeremy Bentham an offer was contained
to pay make an allowance in the name of rent
for the land to be purchased for the use of the said intended

Land then stood assessed by the verdict of a Jury
at £6600 Now therefore it is a hereby agreed that
the said Jeremy and Samuel Bentham and their assignees as herein above after mentioned shall respectively be made debtors in their quarterly account shall make an allowance annually to be made
Debtor in the name of Rent to the amount of the
Rent actually paid for at which the premises at are actually
were let at the time of delivering in the said
original Proposal as aforesaid.
