Jurisdiction Many parties For the delays that may be occasioned by the dispersion

no human ingenuity can afford a perfect
remedy. But happily these untoward cases are
comparatively but few: and by the plan so often
alluded of judicial intercourse by the post this the
inconvenience in this as well as in so many other
instances may be confined reduced within bounds much
narrower than what have ever hitherto been conceived.
