On order for supply of evidence , evidence proper for a rehearing may be collected If Where an order has been granted already granted
for a supply of evidenc in consequence of a petition for that purpose accompanying an appeal that a there is no reason why if any evidence
should have presented itself <add>in the mirror which would have
furnished a proper subject for a rehearing it should
not be collected at the same time . For 1. This
