Parochial Publicity Court 13 Justice - HallThe Church being wanted occasionally frequently</add> for its appropriate
business , and and wanting failing in several particulars of
answering all the purposes of Justice can not be
applied constantly and exclusively to that purpose .
The apartment of the Judge will hold contain nothing
like a public : wherever money can be found there
should therefore be a building appropriated to this
important branch of service.

The structure of such a building would be nothing
less than indifferent . I know of no building extinct &
could recommend as a model for the purpose . What
ought to be the ends in view in places edifices built for this
purpose have either been altogether overlooked , or
kept in subord <add>sacrificed to the idle</add> of splendour taste or magnificence .
