Instigation, what To suggest motives to a man motives for engaging in

in it is stiled instigation; and such suggestion,
may be termed an instigator.

termed instruction; and such suggester, an instructor.

Subornation, what If a man Inclination is generated by motives.
If then a man furnishes another with inclination
to engage in any offence it must be by
means of motives. These motives are must either be
