Grievances
Office of Intelligence.

1. That an Office of Intelligence be established somewhere in the Metropolis: the business to be conducted
by a Director and a competent Number of Clerks. The Rays of natural wisdom collected from all quarters & concentrated into a focus.

2. That the business of it be to receive, methodise, & publish, all the Intelligence relative to
the advantages and disadvantages of the Laws relating to the internal Interests of the Kingdom,
as the persons affected by those Laws, or any other persons, shall think proper to communicate.

3. That the Clerks as they receive the Letters, sort them under the Titles of the several
Particular codes — making a minute of the day of the month signature & Post-mark; or if by messenger

4. That every month a list be published in the Daily Papers signed by the Director of
the signers of these Letters received distinguished by their signatures together with the Title or Titles to
