Lastly. The said Jeremy Bentham doth hereby for himself his heirs
Executors Admors and Asss Covenant declare promise and agree to and
with the said Lord Commissioners of the Treasury that the said Lords
Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury or any of them their or any of
their Heirs Extors or Admors shall not be liable in any of their Persons
or Estates to any Action of Covenant or other Action or Suite whatsoever
by reason of means of their being on His Majesty's behalf made Parties to
the this Contract in Witness

I think the this Draught the Draught not liable to any material
objection if the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury approve the Plan
itself but I think that parts of what is herein Covenanted to be done
must also under the Act of 24<hi rend='underline'>th</hi> Geo 3 be directed to be done by His
Majesty and I think the 15th Article does not clearly express to whom
the Annuities therein mentioned is to be paid which should be clearly

expressed.
