S.19 Migration.

Art. 1. In , no Judge for more than three years with a fraction. Migrates, Immediate from Sub District to Sub District Appellant, from District to District Art. 1. In the same Judicatory, no Judge continue
for more than three years with the evident addition of the fraction
of another. The Immediate Judge migrates from Sub District to
Sub District; the Appellant Judge from District to District.
