Henry Mildmay, might have buried all its inhabitants
before now: - the English Black Hole,
now first known, but which ought to be had in
everlasting remembrance.

At what times or so much as time the
new installed Hulk Inspector has inspected either
of these Hulks my authority has not informed
me: once in the three quarters instead of once in
each quarter one "as the least" I take for granted:
the pride of new-blown authority must have been
weak indeed if it could not seen gentlemen upon
one installation , to sip the first sweets
of office. During what space of time this quarterly
Inspector of scenes of daily abomination has never visited
then is a point I can speak to with confidence:
I say, then, not these six months: so far as least
as an untotored answer from a man of known
intelligence and trustworthiness to a simply enquiring
letter the object of which was carefully and effectually
