Thirdly as the Requisition Number 3d " (the Accountant) is also required to
"state whether he has received any assurances of the intimation of the
"Lord Commissioners of the treasury, to carry the original plan if erecting penitentiary is into execution".

In the abovementioned Examination of the Accountant, p. 78. To the 23 June 1798
