Thirdly as the Requisition Number 3d " (the Accountant) is also required to
"state whether he has received any assurances of the intimation of the
"Lord Commissioners of the treasury, to carry the original plan if erecting penitentiary is into execution".

(from which Mr Chief Inspector derives derived the authority, by
colour of which he put these questions) is printed, the
said Mr Charles Long, the Secretary of the Treasury

"whensoever the preliminary difficulties above referred to
"were removed."
