II. General complexion of the conduct of M<hi rend="superscript">r Chief</hi>
Inspector. [ Whitcombe in the occasion</del in the respect in question. in relation

It must, as above stated, be the principles
proper in this every occasion in question or that to be kept in view
by a Chief Inspector, it will be if it be not already, but too visible,
what sort of regard has, on the present occasion been fund in them, by Mr
Chief Inspector Whitcomb.
In an Account composed of but four Items,
so it was is that, in relation to all but one (in relation
to which the evidence descended of itself from a superior
source) the Accountant, himself in his youth a professional
lawyer, and in his old advanced age not inattentive to
