A Paper marked [B.] being a Blank Certifi-<lb/><note>4<lb/>Blank Certificate<lb/>of Delivery thereof</note><lb/>-cate to be filled up and signed by you.<lb/><lb/>The same being by you received. —<lb/><lb/>This is in his Majesty's name to require you, as<lb/><note>5<lb/>Requisitions viz -<lb/>1.
