it is become necessary to him, to sollicit the notification of Your Lordships
pleasure, relative to divers points hereinafter mentioned, upon the Grounds
immediately following, that is to say —
That Your Memorialist, by Deed of Appointment, executed by

Your Lordships, in virtue of the said Statute of the 34th Year of His
Majesty's Reign, and dated the 10th day of October last 1799, was appointed
Feoffee, for the purpose of treading for, purchasing, and holding, all and
singular the Lands Tenements and Heriditaments then belonging to
James Marquis of Salisbury, at or near Milbank Westminster, contain-
ing by estimation fifty three Acres two Roods and fourteen Perches
of thereabouts in the Gross; the same being, by the said Deed of
Appointment, declared to be "in part" of the Ground intended to be
"purchased," for the purpose of the said first mentioned Act; "together
by
the Deed
"with such other pieces or parcels of Grounds, as Your Lordships should
