head officers Con Constables within their respective Divisions
and the said subordinate officers Petty Constables and said
head officers Constables are hereby in like manner
required to obey such directions as they shall
from time to time receive from the said
Chief Officer High Constable of the Peace for the prevention
of Crime and apprehending of Offenders. And
all and every such subordinate officer Petty Constable and
also the head officer Constables and the said Chief High
Officer Constable of the Peace are hereby further required
to obey all such directions as they or any
of them shall receive from the said
Commissioners or any one of them for the
due execution of the Laws and of the Power
and authority by this act given to the said
Commissioners or any one
