If defendants answer
insufficient ulterior
interrogation where
employable

If in the judgment of the Judge the defendant's response answer
is not sufficient to ground the demand, and at the same time
in the judgment of the Judge, on after hearing the pursuer, not
so correct and compleat as by ulterior interrogatories observation communicated, it might

ground for the demand, in such can a second instance interrogative
