Art. In the testimony requiring Mandate a requisition
requiring at the time from the proposed witness the instrument following
1. A general compliance promising announcing paper as containing a
promise to attend for the purpose required at the place and
at the time prescribed
2. If by the terms of the mandate permitted, him of
attending for the purpose of an oral, an epistolary response
3. If at the time prescribed for the general response such epistolary
response can not be that prepared and sent, indication announcement of a day
