No Exemptions from Toll whether total or partial by any particular
Acts granted on account of particular kinds of
lading shall henceforth be for Narrow-wheeled
Carriages of Burthen.

Carriages used only for drawing of Timber, although
Broad wheeled,, shall not be restricted as to the distance
between Wheel and Wheel on the same side, as other
Broad wheeled Carriages of burthen are.
