Survey - Resistance
§ 24
Power to Survey
lands - penalty
for resistance
as in case of the
Highway Act

And be it further enacted that for
the purpose of making surveys of any Lands
that may be purchased under the powers of
the said Act of the 7th of July 1794 it shalland may be
lawful to and for the said Feoffee or Feoffees [+] and
his or their Agents at any reasonable time to enter into and admeasure [+] the said Commissioners
or Arbitrators,
and their respective
Ar Surveyors or other
Agents or any of
them
make admeasurement of any such Lands
andas also of any other lands immediately contiguous
thereto thereto or to any portion of the said Waste And if any person or persons
