PRACTISE of COURTS.
1.
That the practise of all the Courts in Westminster Hall be reduced to a conforming
in all matters where they have a concurrent Jurisdiction. - by a general Code.
2.
That after this no Order concerning Practise be made but by a majority of the 12 Judges, together
with the chancellor and Master of the Rolls +
+ The Master of the Rolls to be reputed a Judge for all these purposes
— even in matters of appropriated inclusive Jurisdiction.
That any The Chancellor of his own motion or after written request of two Judges of the above 14 persons may convoke an Assembly for such su
purpose.
The Master of the Rolls is to be stiled Vice-Chancellor. His present Title is no designation an anomalous one of his office.
