My Lords and Gentlemen

The establishment of the excellentadmirable institution
over which you preside the direction of which is
committed to your care is a national benefit, which
while it calls demands forth the gratitude of every loyal subject,towards its authors
seems to call operate as a call atoperates as a call upon the exertions of<add>diligence</add>
lays a more especial obligation upon every one whose
situation may enable him to secondminister the views which
gave birth to so laudable a design the paternal
intentions which gave birth to it wishes to which it owes its birth in which it had
its rise

It is in obedience to this call that I have
presumed to sollicit submitt to your wisdom consideration are
offer to which similar dispositionsviews and in have given suggested birth
suggested by a similar disposition

InTo the Board of Agriculture the public willmay
find expect to find two invaluable benefits, especial as <add>usefil</add> as to this country they are new a fountain
under your auspices Inventions will now spread themselves like lightning overwith ethereal rapidity
