the truth of an examination passed by a Friendly Bondsman in personam of H

I A. G. having commanded the examination
aforementioned or having seen the above examination purporting
to have been taken by A. Y. an officer of his Majesty, Justice of the Peace for
abovementioned do believe it to be true: and having

believe him or her to be a person of good unexceptionable character, and
fit to be accepted as a Friendly Bondsman Guardian
under the said Act or
