Mr Bentham, having had the pleasure of hearing, that
Mr Rose was so well received yesterday as to go abroad,
hopes he will have the goodness to forgive the liberty taken
by Mr Bentham in begging his recollection for the Penitentiary
business, which was suffering very severely by preceding
delays, when Mr Rose was so kind as to give him hopes
of a speedy termination.
