In the Outline of a plan of provision for the Poor In a of papers as ated in Youngs Annals
as printed in Youngs Annals of Agriculture relative to the Poor, among
the collateral uses purposes deducible there mentioned as deduci derivable
from the proposed system of Industry-
there proposed, is that of their affording, each of
them to its neighbourhood, a Bank for the reception
and improvement of the producepart of Industry
and Frugality on a small scale, under the
name of a Frugality Bank. In the plan prospectus
that was handed about of the plan of
the then proposed Globe-Insurance Company,
since established by Act of Parliament, + among
the uses mentioned as proposed to be made of
the Stock of such Company, is that of adapting
it to the carrying on the business such a Frugality Bank, as suggested with a reference to the suggestions
