In respect As to what concerns good morals and forbearance
after victory, between the Army and the Parliament of that time
there seems to have been no prominant deference: but that which
is prominent and beyond dispute, for it os from the Prime
Minister of the restored Royalty that we have it is the
prodigious contrast between that Virtue and moderate which show in both
