C Incest.

If a Father seduced his daughter man being of
full age seduce his daughter niece or sister to
engage in an incestuous commerce with him, he shall
be banished the [land which] country whe he has
contaminated by his crime. or

Let all incestuous persons be [looked upon as
infamous] regarded with abhorrence.

In the case of incest in general there is not
much more to be said in favour of one punishment
more than another. As the [offence temptation to do an act of of incest
this sort can scarcely come in competition with any
other kinds of offences, any excess or deficiency in the
punishment is of the less consequence.
