mutual advantage to the Crown and to individuals,
of the rights of common unexcused possessed by
individuals in relation to such reserved Wastes were abolished,
and equivalent allottments out of the Waste given in
recompense? In the instance of Epping Forest for
example, the neighbouring farms have, many of
them, rights of netting wood in the forest - rights
which are much more injurious to the public in
respect of the power of rearing timber, those beneficial
to the individual.
