Such persons may be
1 . A Parent or other progenitor : especially during the
minority .
2 . A Husband : especially during the Marriage.
3 . A Guardian : especially during the Wardship .
4 A Master : especially during the Service .
5 . A Judge : especially the

Such influence is of the nature of compulsion .
Circumstances in which the efficacy of it depends . In such case the extenuation is the more forcible
in proportion to

4 . The apparent slightness of the offence to which
he is urged .
