Class III
SInecures, of the emolument of which the quantum
is liable to be fully run out of and rise and falls with the
pressure of some a great public calamity, which
by his influence it is thus the interest of the SInecurist
-curist to increase or against decrease: -necurist for having at the same time
he having possessing it the same time by means of relation some
public or connection or both a chance more
or less considerable of giving efficiency to such hisof employing such influence with
effect.
To the mischievousness attached to those of Classes
I and II. is added in the case of the Sinecurist
of this class the mischief of the calamity to the
production aggravation of which they are thus
respectively subservient.
