Art. 5 Art. 66 IV – Subjection. Every Superordinate being (as per §. Clerks)
responsible for his several Subordinates, justice requires that forbids
he shall not in be his being, in any case, made to suffer, for any evil which
is not had not in his time been his power to prevent.
