§.6. Fields of service

Enactive Art. 1. To each Judicatory belongs its local, and logical, field of service.

Expositive Art. 2. By the local field of the service of a Judicatory understand the portion of territory, within which the several operations, by which obedience is paid to the several thereto corresponding mandates of the Judges, may according to law be performed

Exposition Art. 3. By the logical field of the service of a Judicatory, understand the ideal space within which are comprehended the several sorts of suits, on the occasion of which the several operations, (as per Art. 2.) may according to law, be performed: the several sorts of suits, together with all other sorts of applications made to a Judge as such.
