II. Juridical false assertion. Juridical Art. II Juridical vexation is a species of offence to transgression not commissible but to any considerable extent by any other person than a party to the suit on one side or other of the suit. False Juridical false assertion is a transgression into which the a party on his character of witness, and an extraneous witness, are equally liable to fall: incidentally also, any other actors of the different sorts of actors in the juridical theatre.
