of e vexation & expence
exception from an obligation
of personal appearance
For the purpose of incurring vexation and expence or rather
for the purpose of avoiding to it — this
fundamental general rule is — except or excepted obligation
of the pursuer personal appearance at the judgment sent on the
part of all parties as well as witnesses
