2 Danger from pain retribution.

1 Danger from radical cr reform — in what cause it has place

Those from radical reform, neither in respect of its establishing
when considered or established nor when considered or
in a way to be established and in respect of the necessary
to the establishment, no danger in any shape to any its part or class
or persons or any person, can in any <gap/ event be reasonably
