S.1. Simple Corporal Vexation
Enactive and Repasitive
Act 1. Simple corporal vexation is where without
justificative cause (a), by physical force, (b) intimidation (c),
wrongfully applied remuneration (d.), or deceptions practice,(e)
or, in pursuit of some unlawful benefit(f) to the
wronger himself on any other person, or in sport, or
for gratification of ill will(g), one person causes or
contributes to cause to any another, bodily harm as is
designated by the denominations of any other offences
under this Code.

-tion in the Treatise on Legislation. B. Ch.

Enactive
Act 4. Means of satisfaction _ compensation money.
In compensation for the affliction sustained the
wrongdoer, if but one, the several wrongdoers coo-
perating, if more than one, or in case of their death their of the of the wrongdoer will be compelled to
pay a sum of money, to be determined by the
discretion of the judge, to the individual wronged,
or his representative as the case may be.
