So much for the complicate, the slow-working, the
expensive, machinery; Behold now the simple, the quick
-working, the unexpensive. Precedents, six. Latest dates of each, as follows. Poor Returns.

Mode of checking the information - Author's the
oral; Reviewer's, the epistolary. For general judiciary purposes for purposes, in
comparably the best mode, confessedly the oral: the epistolary
being but a make-shift, where to some delay, and vexation
and expense of on the part of examiners: for the particular
purpose here probable in question, probable delay being much less; vexation of examiners
begin comforts much less; expeence next to O.
