I would have the Lord's prayer said ten times
at a meeting instead of five; and I would give
beads, lest any of the times should be forgotten
I would make the preachers serve work double tides: I
would make the Recter who is paid so much
for serving serve as well as the Curate who is whom he
paid pays so little. I would give full employ to
the bands of singing men and singing-women: and lest
by length of duty they should grow hoarse, they
should serve like French Parliaments, par
