Repulsion of a greater evil.

of the applicability of this justification the extent is
infinitely greater than that of the immediately proceeding
case. In that case, the evil that endeavored to be anticipated
and prevented, the sources may be evil from
agency of any sort, to int, either number or physical, instead
of being agony of one individual alone, to sit, the suffered
, in whose belay the just justification is proposed to operate.
In it is evil endeavoured to be
done to a person, in whose instance, were he in the safJustifier's
peace, retance justification would be rabid. And
in particular a person dear to the self-justifier that is
to say, a person who, in virtue of some special connection
may reasonably be presumed to be so , a person connected
with him by the ties belonging to some condition
in life: a wife - child, parent and from.
