Thus it is in regard to real property in
every shop, thus it is of course á portion to moveable
property in every shop: unless it be
a navigable vessel, which is something betwixt
a moveable and an immoveable, unless
it be a jewel or a first rate picture, scarcely
can that object be mentioned, the recovery
of which, it would not be folly to think
of purchasing the chance of at the expense
