§.2. Remedies Supposition: what and how applicable.

Art. 1. Whatsoever Enactive remedies are applicable
for preventing the consummation and thence for preventing the commencement
of any offence susceptible of continuance the same
may be applied for preventing the continuance of an offence
of the same name and description after commencement has
been given to it.

Art. To this samereaso supposition
remedies applicable as they are to all cases – to a offences of every
description will be added others correspondent to the different natures
of the several customable offences: made of supposition
which will be in point be different from and be to be supra-added to all such operations as may be necessary in the called for by the duty of
score of satisfaction and punishment.

As to this the several continuable offences, as say
of delinquency see §.1 Offences collectively §2§2 Offences classed a Division of Offences.
