1831. July 26 Const.Code. 1. Ends in view of judicature, not grastification of Judge's pride.

3. Original Judge he to whom the initiatory application is made, to no other to the same effect application having been made by same applicant. In Procedure Code, given to every other Judge is power of invading his territory.
